  1. ... Yeah, these operators may want to simply stop drilling new wells and shut older ones in for 6 weeks or so.

    Boost production dramatically with minimal capital outlay. /s

    1. Pretty funny. I think we have a lot to learn yet from the Bakken. I've noticed on some corporate presentations that these bumps in production have led to an upward revision of the estimated ultimate recovery (EUR), something that certainly was not expected.
